Customers who prefer a standard online shopping experience can browse available vape products and purchase eligible items individually. Product pages are intended to show the key information needed before ordering, including the exact product, format and relevant specifications.
Individual vape-product purchases do not earn FREEPODS Points.
Choose a Prepaid Plan
For eligible products, FREEPODS Plans provide another way to purchase. Customers can choose from 1, 3, 6 or 12-month Plan options, make one upfront payment and receive products according to the applicable delivery arrangement.
Longer Plans may include future scheduled deliveries rather than sending the full quantity in one parcel.
Earn Points Through Eligible Plans
Eligible Plan purchases can generate FREEPODS Points according to the reward level attached to the selected Plan. Points can then be used on qualifying non-vape products in the Lifestyle Shop, subject to the FREEPODS Points Terms.
Lifestyle purchases themselves do not earn FREEPODS Points, and Points are not cash.
Discover a Separate Lifestyle Shop
FREEPODS also includes a Lifestyle area for non-vape products. Categories can include Home, Beauty, Gifts, Accessories, Pets, Fashion, Health & Wellbeing, and Tech & Gadgets.
This gives the platform a broader retail experience while keeping vape products and Lifestyle products clearly distinguishable.
Clear Information Matters
Whether a customer is checking device compatibility, nicotine information, Plan terms, delivery arrangements or Points, clear information is an important part of the FREEPODS approach.
We do not position FREEPODS as a health or smoking-cessation service, and vape products are intended only for existing adult users.
One Platform, Different Ways to Shop
FREEPODS combines a conventional online Shop with prepaid Plans, scheduled delivery options, Points and a separate Lifestyle collection. Customers can use the parts of the platform that are relevant to them while checking the applicable product and Plan information before purchase.
