Why FREEPODS Uses Scheduled Deliveries

One Plan Does Not Always Mean One Delivery

When you purchase a longer FREEPODS Plan, you make one upfront payment for the selected Plan. However, where future scheduled deliveries apply, the products included in that Plan may be dispatched in separate shipments rather than all at once.

The Plan length describes the period covered by the purchase, while the delivery schedule explains when the relevant products are sent.

How Scheduled Deliveries Work

For Plans that include more than one delivery period, FREEPODS uses the delivery arrangement shown for that Plan. Longer Plans may therefore be divided into scheduled shipments.

Before completing checkout, customers should review the Plan summary and delivery information so they understand both the total purchase and the expected dispatch arrangement.

Why Separate Shipments?

Scheduled delivery allows products within a longer Plan to be supplied at the intervals set out for that Plan instead of automatically sending the entire quantity at the beginning.

The exact timing and contents of each scheduled shipment depend on the Plan purchased and the product configuration selected.

Your Payment Is Still Upfront

Scheduled delivery does not mean monthly billing. FREEPODS Plans are prepaid: the customer makes one upfront payment for the selected Plan.

Future scheduled shipments form part of that prepaid Plan, subject to the applicable Plan Terms.

Can a Scheduled Delivery Be Paused?

Where a Plan includes future scheduled deliveries, an eligible Plan may be paused once for up to one month, subject to the FREEPODS Plan Terms and the applicable delivery-processing deadline.

A pause postpones the next scheduled delivery. It does not cancel the Plan and does not automatically create a refund or reduction in the Plan price.

What to Check Before Buying

• The Plan length you have selected.
• The total price payable upfront.
• The products and quantities included.
• The scheduled delivery arrangement, where applicable.
• The Points reward attached to the eligible Plan.
• The current FREEPODS Plan Terms.
