How FREEPODS Plans Work
FREEPODS Plans give existing adult vape users a way to organise eligible purchases in advance. Choose the products available within the Plan, select a Plan length and make one upfront payment. Where the Plan includes future deliveries, products are then sent according to the applicable delivery schedule.
1. Choose Your Products
Start by selecting from the products available within the FREEPODS Plan range. Check the product information and compatibility details carefully before placing your order.
2. Choose Your Plan Length
Choose from 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Eligible Plan purchases earn FREEPODS Points according to the Plan selected:
The Points reward applies to eligible Plan purchases. Individual vape-product purchases and Lifestyle purchases do not earn FREEPODS Points.
3. Make One Upfront Payment
FREEPODS Plans are prepaid. You make one payment for the selected Plan rather than paying a recurring monthly charge. Always review the Plan summary and total price shown at checkout before completing your purchase.
4. Scheduled Deliveries
Delivery arrangements depend on the Plan selected. Where a Plan includes future scheduled deliveries, the relevant products are dispatched at the intervals set out for that Plan. Longer Plans may therefore be delivered in separate shipments rather than all at once.
5. Use Your FREEPODS Points
Points earned from eligible Plan purchases can be used on eligible non-vape products in the FREEPODS Lifestyle Shop, subject to the FREEPODS Points Terms. Points are not cash and do not represent a cash balance.
Pausing a Plan
For Plans with future scheduled deliveries, an eligible Plan may be paused once for up to one month, subject to the FREEPODS Plan Terms and the applicable delivery-processing deadline.
A pause postpones the next scheduled delivery. It does not cancel the Plan and does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund or reduction in the Plan price.
Plan Ahead with Clear Information
Before purchasing, review the product details, Plan length, delivery schedule, Points reward and applicable terms. This helps ensure you know what is included and when future deliveries are expected.
FREEPODS is for adults aged 18+ only. Vape products are intended for existing adult users.
