Understanding FREEPODS Points
FREEPODS Points are part of our Plan rewards system. Eligible Plan purchases can earn Points, giving customers another way to explore selected non-vape products in the FREEPODS Lifestyle Shop.
Not every purchase earns Points, so it is important to understand which transactions are eligible and how the rewards work.
How You Earn FREEPODS Points
FREEPODS Points are earned on eligible FREEPODS Plan purchases. The reward depends on the Plan length selected:
Individual vape-product purchases do not earn FREEPODS Points. Lifestyle purchases also do not earn FREEPODS Points.
Where Can You Use Your Points?
FREEPODS Points can be used on eligible non-vape products in the Lifestyle Shop, subject to the FREEPODS Points Terms and the redemption options available at checkout.
Depending on the product and available redemption option, eligible Lifestyle products may be obtained using Points or a combination of Points and online payment.
Points Are Not Cash
FREEPODS Points are a loyalty reward and do not represent cash, stored money or a cash balance. They cannot be withdrawn as cash. Their use is subject to the FREEPODS Points Terms.
What Happens If an Order Is Refunded?
If a transaction that generated Points is cancelled, refunded or otherwise adjusted, the associated Points may also be adjusted in accordance with the FREEPODS Points Terms. Any refund or Points adjustment will depend on the circumstances of the transaction and the applicable terms.
Check Your Points
Customers can view their available FREEPODS Points through their account. Before redeeming Points, check the Lifestyle product details and the Points or payment requirement shown online.
A Reward Designed for Lifestyle Choice
The purpose of FREEPODS Points is straightforward: eligible Plan purchases can generate rewards that can be used towards selected non-vape Lifestyle products.
For complete information on earning, adjustments and redemption, always refer to the current FREEPODS Points Terms.
FREEPODS is for adults aged 18+ only. Vape products are intended for existing adult users.
